Pepper Money has restructured its sales team to work across seven geographical regions.
Each region will have its own development manager and telephone business manager.
Lewis Wheeler will look after Hertfordshire, Kent, and Essex, Steve Mannakee will oversee London, Paul Drinkwater will take charge of the Midlands, Mark Wilkinson the North East, Chloe Bowden-Davies the North West, Mark Shelper the South West, and Ollie Smith will cover Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire.
The lender says that this approach will allow for more targeted support.
Pepper Money sales director Paul Adams comments: “We now have the largest dedicated Sales team in our history, which matches our growing appetite to lend in the specialist market.
“This is great news for brokers because it means they can rely on us to be available to support with expert knowledge just when they need it – so we can work as a true partnership.”
Earlier today, Nationwide announced that it had also split its support team on a regional basis.
