Landbay has appointed a new head of sales for the South, Midlands and North of England.
Helen McKinney, who joins from OneSavings Bank where she has spent the last three years as a senior business development manager, will take on the position of head of sales for the South.
Landbay has promoted Rob Stanton from regional account manager to head of sales for the Midlands.
Stanton has spent the last nine months at Landbay. Prior to this he most recently held the position of regional manager at Paragon where he spent 14 years.
The specialist lender has also promoted Ian Hall to head of sales for the North. Hall has been at Landbay for 11 months.
He too previously worked at Paragon, holding the same position as Stanton, having worked there for almost six years.
Landbay managing director of intermediaries Paul Brett comments: “Rob and Ian’s progress to head of sales roles is richly deserved, and we are thrilled to welcome Helen to the team.
“Her thorough knowledge and experience of the industry will play a crucial role in growing our footprint in London and the South.”
