Leeds Building Society has launched Intermediary TalkingPoint, its research panel for the intermediary mortgage industry.
The platform will offer intermediaries the opportunity to provide insight on new products and services to help improve their overall experience.
Questions Leeds BS has asked include what changes brokers would like to see across the mortgage industry, their feedback on the recently launched bespoke HMO range, as well as how valuable industry awards are for them.
The launch follows Leeds Building Society’s consumer panel, which has already enabled members to input their ideas.
More than 200 intermediaries have signed up to the panel already and begun providing feedback on their experiences, the lender said.
It added that the launch was the latest measure introduced to improve the way brokers communicated with it, following the launch of a web chat function via its intermediary website.
Martese Carton, head of intermediary distribution (pictured), said a significant proportion of the lender’s mortgage business is arranged through intermediaries.
She said: “We highly value the relationships we have with our partners and their opinions on our products and services.
“The launch of Intermediary TalkingPoint will enable intermediaries to share their views with us on various aspects of the mortgage market, processes and their overall experience.
“We are pleased that so many have already signed up and we are looking forward to welcoming more members to the panel who will help us to shape our proposition going forward.”
