Mortgage Brain has announced that it has bought sourcing platform Criteria Hub.
The company will integrate Criteria Hub with its online and offline sourcing systems, as well as its point-of-sale, CRM and compliance system ‘The Key’.
Mortgage Brain boasts that over 3,000 advisers big and small actively use Criteria Hub, including John Charcol and TMA.
On the deal, Mortgage Brain chief executive Mark Lofthouse comments: “Over the last four years, Criteria Hub has impressed many, including us, with its innovative technology and so we are thrilled and very much looking forward to coupling its platform with our own market systems.
“The acquisition of Criteria Hub demonstrates the next phase in our strategy to strengthen and extend our range of technology solutions and services for the benefit of all our customers.”
